If you are organized, punctual, a good listener, and have some experience in sales or business development, our new Client Development Associate role could be perfect for you.

This position will be based in our new Texas studio in downtown Austin. You will be expected to work out of the studio in person unless you are meeting leads face to face at a different location. The main key performance indicators (KPIs) for this role is the value of new and repeat Quality Quoting Opportunity Handovers.

On a typical day you will talk with potential clients on the phone, and create photo and video content for social media, connect with prospects through email and LinkedIn, and attend face-to-face meetings and location tours as needed

TITLE: Client Development Associate

REPORTS TO: Client Development Manager

TEAM: Business Development

FULL TIME: 40 Hours Per Week

LOCATION: Infinity Group Texas Studio in Austin

SUMMARY

As a Client Development Associate, you will support the growth of client relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute to expanding our client base. Your role is crucial in driving our business development efforts.

Program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role:

  • Value of Quality Quoting Opportunities for repeat and new clients (most important)
  • Value of Research and Hot Leads
  • Number of End-User and Networking Meetings

You Will:

  • Assist in daily planning and task allocation
  • Identify and solve complex problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
  • Manage client communications and strategy discussions
  • Perform initial and follow-up reach-outs via calls and emails
  • Maintain and update CRM data accurately
  • Create and gather content for individual and company outreach
  • Plan outreach efforts, including cold calling and email campaigns
  • Utilize market research and industry knowledge to curate call lists of high-quality prospects for outreach

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience

Education:

  • High school diploma and on the job experience
