Summary:
The Project Superintendent at Infinity Group leads on-site management for construction projects. This role involves coordinating various trades, ensuring adherence to schedules, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The Project Superintendent's expertise is essential for achieving successful and timely project completion.
Your knowledge and skills:
- Assist in planning and achieving day-to-day objectives, contributing to task allocation within the team.
- Identify, define, and address complex problems through logical analysis, finding innovative solutions.
- Check and correct issues in existing systems and processes, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal resources and experts to meet client needs, assisting in managing client communications.
- Participate in client strategy discussions, providing input and support for problem-solving and service development.
- Exercise discretion in issue resolution, with moderate oversight from the Manager for non-routine situations.
- Work as part of the team, providing support to higher-level professionals, and learning from their guidance and feedback.
- May assist in onboarding and training new team members, under the supervision of higher-level employees.
- Education: Associate degree or specialized training beyond high school (e.g., technical/vocational programs).
- Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of prior relevant industry experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Onsite project meeting with verification of current existing conditions including site access, logistics and phasing parameters. Verify with landlord and building management.
- Setup onsite workstation with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), daily sign-in sheet, applicable PPE and current construction documents. Post all project overview document and safety signage in visible locations at all entry points.
- Update and daily maintenance of all assigned Project Management Platform (PMP) tasks including start date, duration and finish date.
- Update daily of photos to In Progress and Client Photo folders in File Management Platform (FMP).
- Complete daily job reports and save to File Management Platform (FMP)
- Weekly reviews of Project Management Platform (PMP) tasks and photo updates from a client perspective.
- Update, maintain and approve accurate hourly time allocations in Human Resources Platform (HRP).
- Maintain current deficiency log saved in File Management Platform (FMP).
- Receive, inspect and verify material deliveries as scheduled.
- Visit building departments in coordination with Construction Mobilization team including introductory and progress visits.
- Confirm and schedule of all inspection points that will be required during project duration.

Physical Requirements:
- Be able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Be able to climb ladders
- Be able to stand for a long period of time
- Be able to reach, bend, crawl and climb as associated with supervising a job site
- Must be willing to travel to different job locations
- Willing to short term out of state relocation for the duration of project
- Must be willing to maintain all CDC guidelines
